3.-Pending supply of steel pickets, dormant contracts have been made for 20,000 hardwood pickets to be supplied in three days. There are 4,500 such available in R.E. store. 4.-Arrangements have been made for obtaining such water tanks and barrels as may be needed for storage at short notice.
