MR. WONG KWOK-HING (in Cantonese): Mr. Chairman, I have a question. The original motion covers one financial year while the amended motion, three. If the amended motion is carried, there will be no need to discuss further the recommendation made by the procedural motion. I don't understand why it has to be referred to the Overseas Visits Sub-Committee of the Administration Select Committee for discussion.

Since Hong Kong's imported deep-water coral-reef fish weighing five kilograms or above are high-risk seafood because the ciguatoxin content in some of them poisoned citizens who had consumed them, of which the cases are on a growing trend, RESOLVED that the Council, together with the Agriculture and Fisheries Department and the Department of Health, adopt
