A further list of rewards for stallantry in Waziristan, North-West Frontier, during the period Jan. 17 to Sept. 15, 1937, has appeared in the London Gazette.

When an aircraft, laden with bombs, crashed and burst into flames on the Miranshah aero- drome, this officer, who was duly pliot on the aerodrome, hastened to the scene of the accident

In spite of the explosion of a bomb and small arms ammunition made persistent attempts to extinguish the flames and rescue the crew until ordered to withdraw by a superior officer.
