IN TSUN WAN TRAGEDY

The recent explosion on à junk in Taun Wan Bay on May 11 in which ten persons lost their lives recalled when Mr. G. 8. was Kennedy-Skipton, District Officer South, hold a Coroner's inquiry into the deaths of Lo Kwong alias Lo Ngou and a woman Li Chat at the District Office South yesterday afternoon.

The Coroner was nssisted by n Jury comprising of Messrs. H. Dalling (Foreman), L. G. Marques and H. F. Stoneham.

FUNERAL OF MEMBER OF WELL-KNOWN FAMILY

The death occurred yesterday of Miss Emilia Marin (Millie) d'Almada e Castro at her residence, No. 16 Humphreys Buildings, Kow. Ioan. The deceased lady was 64 years of age, and died after a long and painful illness, extending over a period of several years.

She was the sister of Mr. F. X. d'Almada e Castro and Mr. Leo d'Almada o Castro (the well-known local solicitors), and Mr. J. T. d'Almada C Castro. Sho alao leaves two elsters, Miss Zita d'Almada e Castro, and Mra. Mow- bray Jones.
