WITH the quarter-finals of both the English and Scottish Cup competitions being played off on Saturday, Homeside fans will have one of the greatest football feasts of the season greater even than the Cup final to which thousands have already made application, to find that the capacity of the venue has long been filled,

Arsenal have the fates on their side this season and, but for the fuck of the draw, it is hardly likely that they would have continued thus far in competition which they entered so inauspiciously.

The previous rounds enabled thom to sotto down in their stride now and the visit of Aston Villa will not be the obstacle it would have been a month ago. The Villa have been going great guns but I cannot easily imagine a report of their vistory,
