Post Cards for Great Britain and European destinations will be accepted for despatch by the Air Mail closing on December 6th.
The service Is confined to the standard post card on sale at the Post Office. The air premium will be 41 cents in addition to the ordinary postage of 8 conts. The cost of the card will be one cont. and the "total" inclusivo, cost will therefore be 50 conta.
Such postcards must be posted at the Counter of the G. P. O. or Kowloon Pont Office and should be marked Salgon-Marseilles Air Mail Service.
Christmas and New Year cards bearing not more than five written words and enclosed in open envelopes ara accepted by the Post
Ofice at the rate for printed matter Lo. 4 cents per 2 ounces.
Envelopes must not be closed.

THE AIR MAIL SERVICE from SAIGON to EUROPE in weekly. The HONGKONG-SAIGON connexion will be maintained by the regular fortnightly sailing of the FRENCH mail steamers and on alternate weeks by any available steamers that can make the connexion at SAIGON.
Letters for this route should be marked "Saigon-Marseilles Air Mail Service" and handed in at the G.P.O. or Kowloon. Post Office.
MACAO MAILS.
Beginning on 30th November the afternoon mail for Macau will, until: further notice, be closed in the G.P.O. at 4,80 p.m. daily,
