A decision to incorporate the Club Into a Hongkong Fotball
limited liability company was taken by a large number of members who 啡 extraordinary were present at general meeting_last evening.
Mr. J. W. G. Bonnar occupied the chair and was supported by Mr. H. R. Forsyth (Vice President), Mr. R. K. "uncan (Chairman of Committee), Mr. H. M. McTavish (Hon, Secre
of the Lary) and other members general committee.
The chairman explained that in asking members to support the re- the meeting they solution, before were only following other big sport- ing clubs in the Colony by protecting interests. The matter had their been thoroughly gone into by the sub-committee and the legal advisers. By the resolution the flability of members would be limited to $10, which was equivalent to a year's sub- scription.
