A decision to incorporate the Club Into a Hongkong Fotball

Mr. J. W. G. Bonnar occupied the chair and was supported by Mr. H. R. Forsyth (Vice President), Mr. R. K. "uncan (Chairman of Committee), Mr. H. M. McTavish (Hon, Secre

The matter had their been thoroughly gone into by the sub-committee and the legal advisers.
