RECONSTRUCTING PUKOW

WHARVES.

The reconstruction of the float- ing wharves at Pukow, the southern terminus of the Tien- tsin-Pukow. Railway, has been decided upon by the Chinese Ministry of Communications.. The decision was made in ra- sponse to the cry of the travell-
