TIME SHINALS.

The time ball DIL Kowloon Signal Hill is dropped daily at 10 s.m. and 4 pan., except on Satur-{ days when it is dropped at 10 3.m. and I p., and on. Sundays and Holidays when it is dropped) at 10 am. only.
