"SYMPATHETIC LIGHT" ---Mrs. Mary H. Greenwalt of Rochester has invented what she calls the sixth fine art. The invention is a light-and- music phonograph by which changing lighte show through a globe in sympathy with the music.
General De Goutte is the French general in charge of the French, British and Bel- gian forces which advanced into Germany's industrial cen- ters of Duisburg, Ruhrort, Dusseldorf and Hamborn to enforce the 'penalty" on Germany for her failure 10 agree to reparations terms imposed by the Allies.
