REVERSAL DEMANDED. The following manifesto was adopted at a joint meeting of the Parliamentary Committee of the Trades Union Congress and the Executivo Committee of the Labour Party, held in London.
This joint meeting is of the opinion that the causes of the industrial crisis through which this country is passing te, for tho most part, abroad.
