The selection of Commander B. E. Domvile to be Assistant- Soorotary to the Imperial Defence Committee has caused some pom- montin naval cirolos, says "Truth."" Cominandor Domvile is one of the juniors of his rank, having only two and a-half years' soniority; but he has given ample ovidence of the sort of capacity required for this particular post. In addition to, taking his "five firsts," ho has gained the Good enough Medal, the Rydor Memorial Prize, and tho Beaufort Tosti- monial.
