12.37 In the existing developed areas of the new town, Imperial scale outline development plans continued to be revised and over 130 miscellaneous plans were prepared in connection with advisory work on planning matters for both private and public proposals.

12.38 During the year, land sales totalled 4,285 square metres of which 2,713 square metres are for industrial purposes. Thirteen private treaty grants, 23 land exchanges, eight modifications and 70 building covenant extensions were granted. In addition 42 agricultural lots totalling 38,846 square metres and 1 building lot of 161 square metres reverted to the Crown.
