35. Extensions to Un Long Middle School. Plans were approved for extensions to provide 4 additional classrooms, laboratory handwork room and lavatories. Work was commenced in November and was almost completed by the end of March.
36. Sha Tau Kok Primary School. The accommodation consists of 8 classrooms, 2 handwork rooms, offices, and covered playground. Sketch plans were approved and working drawings were nearing completion by the end of the year.
37. North Point School. Messrs. Lee & Orange were appointed Architects and have prepared sketch plans and estimates for a Primary School comprising 12 classrooms, 2 handcraft rooms and a covered playground.
Medical Department.
38. Extension to Out-Patients Department, Kowloon Hospital. This scheme was referred to in last year's report. Work was completed in April.
39. Central Supply Room-Queen Mary Hospital. This scheme was referred to in last year's report. Work was started in August and completed in December except for some of the special fittings which would not be supplied before the end of the year.
40. Central Supply Room-Kowloon Hospital. An extension was made to the Pathological Laboratory to provide a waiting room, blood bank, sterilizing room, and the store. Work commenced in June and was completed in October.
41. Government Clinic, Wanchai. Sketch plans were prepared for a clinic on a site in Kennedy Road, near its junction with Queen's Road. The accommodation consists of a T.B. Clinic with large waiting halls, 5 consulting rooms, offices, laboratory and mass Mini-x-ray, Physiotherapy Department with occupational therapy rooms, treatment tank and gymnasium and
