OPERATIONAL REVIEW

In August 1995, KMB became the first public utility company in Hong Kong to be connected to Internet.

The provision of information through Internet is a new initiative to improve our service quality.

Our World Wide Web Address on the Internet is "http://www.hkstar.com/netmarket/kmb/". Over 500,000

Internet users have accessed KMB's Home Page since it was launched.

Improving the Provision of Bus Operation Information

At present, most of our bus stops have route information plates displaying the routing, timetable, fare etc.

a centralised passenger information panel has been installed at each of the following four major bus

termini:

Mei Foo Sun Chuen

Tsuen Wan MTR

Shatin Central

Tsim Sha Tsui (Star Ferry)
