This licence is subject to the fees prescribed by regulations for the time being in force under the Mining Ordinance.
本牌照之條件爲必須繳納根據鑛務條例而制訂之現行規例所規定之費用。

This licence entitles the licensee(s) to enter upon and prospect any Crown land(4) within the prospecting area; and with the prior consent in writing of the owner and any lawful occupier, any private land(s) within the said area.
根據本牌照，持牌人可進入下列地區探採鑛區內之任何官地(註四);以及上述地區內之任何私家土地(註五)，但必須先行獲得業主及任何合法住戶之書面許可方可。
This licence is not transferable and any right or interest conferred by this licence is not assignable except with the prior consent in writing of the Commissioner of Mines.
本牌照不得轉讓，此外，本牌照所賦給之任何權利或利益亦不得讓與別人，但事先獲得鑛務處長之書面許可者，則不在此限

This licence is subject to the provisions of the Mining Ordinance and of any regulations made thereunder for the time being in force, and further is subject to the following terms and conditions-

(五)「私家土地」一詞，根據該條例第二款之規定，係指根據官契、預定批地契約、租約、暫准證、許可証、撥地契約，或政府所批之其他有效權而保有之土地，此外，又指英女皇轄下軍隊根據官契、暫准証、許可証、土地徵用權或其他永久性或暫時性之權而佔用之土地。
