LICENCE is hereby granted to (1)..... 茲發給牌照與(註一)
(hereinafter called the licensee(s)) to prospect for (2) (以下稱爲持牌人)以便在下述地區內探測(註二)
within the following area (hereinafter called the prospecting area) 鑛，該地區(以下稱爲探鑛區)之範圍爲

as delineated approximately on the plan attached hereto and edged red. 其詳情大致上業經在夾附之圖則內用紅色填明。

This licence shall remain in force for six months from the date hereof, unless previously cancelled under the provisions of the Ordinance, 除業經按照該條例之規定而予以撤銷者外，本牌照乃由發給之日起六個月內有效，但若未經作是項撤銷
but unless so cancelled may be renewed by the Commissioner for further terms 者，得由鑛務處長予以換發，每次換領之時可續期六個月
