即締結*舊式婚姻/有效之新式婚姻之男女雙方,依照修訂婚姻制度條例第十六款第(一)段通知本人,謂擬依照該條例第五部之規定將其婚姻解除。
The marriage, which took place on the day of 19., has been registered in accordance with Part IV of the Ordinance and was subsisting on the appointed day (7.10.1971).
該婚姻係於一九 年 月 日舉行,並已依照該條例第四部之規定而註冊,且在指定日期(即一九七一年十月七日)仍然存在:
