PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Payment may be made-
(a) BY POST ADDRESSED TO THE DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING SERVICES, P.O. BOX 8000, GENERAL POST OFFICE, HONG KONG; OR
(b) PERSONALLY OR BY AN AGENT at any of the following offices--
