There shall be substituted for the words "shall be guilty of an offence such imprisonment and fine" the words "shall be liable

(a) on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for five years and to a fine of ten thousand dollars;

(b) on summary conviction to imprisonment for one year or to a fine of two thousand dollars".
