**Temporary Provisions.
110. Where, in any Ordinance, or in any rule, regulation, by-law or order, or in any other document of whatever kind, reference is made to "an information" in the Court in respect of an indictable offence, and reference shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be taken as applying to an indictment in the Court.
Repeal of rules and orders.
Section 18.
111. All rules and orders of the Court which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance shall, and the same are hereby declared to be of no force or effect whatsoever.

D., before then feloniously stolen, taken, and carried away, feloniously did receive and have, he, the said A. B., at the time when he so received the said three pairs of shoes and the said waistcoat as aforesaid, then well knowing the same to have been feloniously stolen, taken, and carried away.
