vened and held at the Offices of the Company, Hotel Mansions, No. 13 Pedder Street, Vic- toria, Hongkong, on the 28th day of March 1907 the following Special Resolutions were duly passed, and at a subséquent Extraordin- ary General Meeting of the said Company duly convened and held at the Offices of the National Bank of thina Limited, No. 5 Queen's Road Central, Victoria aforesaid, on the 17th day of April 1907, the following Special Resolutions were duly confirmed:-
1. That it is expedient to effect an amal- gamation of this Company with UNION WATERBOAT COMPANY, JIMITED, and that with a view thereto this Company be wound up voluntarily and that EDGAR GeorgÈ BARRETT be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
2. That the conditional Agreem nt sub- mitted to this Meeting be and the same is hereby approved and that the Liquidator be and he is hereby authorised pursuant to Section 201 of the Companies Ordinance 1865 to adopt the sid Agreement and carry the same into effet with such if any modification as the said Liquidator may think expedient.
