Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of A THE JAPAN

BREWERY COMPANY, LIMITED, duly convcued and held at No. 123, Yamate-cho, Yokohama, ou the 13th day of February, 1907, the Subjoined Special Resolu- tions were duly passed, and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the said Company, also duly convened and held at the same place on the 28th day of February, 1907, i the subjoined Special Resolutions were duly confirmed:

1-That the Company be wound

He shall receive as remuneration such part of the Liquidator's remuneration as may be arranged between him and said FRANK SCOTT JAMES.
