(4) Section 28 is amended by the substitution-

(5) Section 29--sub-section (1) is amended by

the substitution of the words

(6) Section 31 is amended by the substitution of the words Accountant-General " for the word Treasurer in the last two lines.

(7) Section 33 is amended by the substitution of the words a deposit in the United Kingdom under the provisions of any Act relating to Assurance Companies," for the words and figures a deposit in Great Britain under the provisions of the Life Assurance Companies Acts, 1870 to 1872," in the second, third and fourth lines.

Section 6 is renumbered as section 5.
