The Ordinance is repealed.
(1) Section 2-paragraph (d) is amended-
(i) by the insertion of the word who," immediately after the word "whatsoever” in the third line;
(ii) by the substitution of the words "which, issues or is or becomes" for the words "who issue or are or become" in the fifth line;
(iii) by the substitution of the word grants for the words who grant
the seventh line and of the word "carries' for carry" in the eighth line.
