Port MacDonnell.--Moorings.
THE attention of Masters of Vessels and others is directed to a regulation dated June 4th, 1891, advising that the Board will not be responsible for any damage done to any ship arising from the defective conditions of any mooring provided by them. In this connection a warning is hereby given that the Moorings at Port MacDonnell are at pre- sent unreliable, and will continue so until they can be overhauled, when a further notice will be issued.
Approximate position-Lat. 38° 4' S., long. 140° 44′ E.
This affects Admiralty Charts Nos. 1007, 1083, and 27598.

The Astronomical positions are only approximate unless seconds are given. The bearings are given both True and Magnetic, and those relating to lights are from seaward. The visibility of lights is that in clear weather. Fog signals are sounded only in thick or foggy weather. The elevation given is the height of focal plane above high water.
AUSTRALIA-WEST COAST.
Koombanah Bay-Bunbury Mole Light.
Intended alteration in position.
MARINERS and others are hereby notified that the existing White Flashing Light will be moved to the end of the new Mole on or about 1st May, 1918.
Position. The light will be moved to a position 1,000 ft. North-eastward of its pre-
sent position:--Lat. 33° 18′ S.; Long. 115° 39′ E.
Remarks.-The other details of the light are unaltered. No further notice will be
given.
