Specifications can be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office.
Repairs to be executed to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the erection of the Imports and Exports Office, Con- naught Road Block", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 13th day of May, 1918, for the erection of a three storied block of building comprising Offices on the Ground Floor and Quarters for Subordinate Officers on the two Upper Floors.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.

REFERRING to Notice to Mariners, No. 8 of 1915, Masters of Vessels and others are hereby informed that the range of visibility of the "A.G.A." Flashing White Light (flashing 10 times per minute) is about 12 miles in clear weather, and not 18 miles as stated in above-mentioned notice.
Approximate position-Lat. 35° 34' S., long. 137° 371⁄2' E.
This affects Admiralty Charts Nos. 2389, 23894, and 3641.
