(6) Section 8 as renumbered, sub-section (1)—- the words "other printed" in the third line are repealed.
(7) Section 10 as renumbered the word
is substituted for "the" in the seventh line.
(8) Section 12 as renumbered-the_word “is” is substituted for "shall be in the third and in the tenth lines, "has" for "shal' have in the fourteenth line, "requires' for shall require" in the nineteenth line. "may" for "shall" in the thirty-second line. are for shall be" in the fortieth line, and "proves" for "shall prove" in the forty-fourth line.
(9) Section 13 as renumbered the figures "10 are substituted for "9" in the first line
(1) Section 3 as amended by Ordinance No. 4
of 1937-
(i) the figure (1)" in the first line, and sub-section (2), are repealed:
(ii) paragraph (a)--the word "thinks" is substituted for "shall think in the last line.
(2) Section 9-the figures 7" and "8" are substituted for "8" and "9" in the first and the second lines.
(8) Section 12-
(1) the tollowing is inserted immediately after "watchman in the first line-
"other than a private watchman entitied before 1st June, 1928, to be registered both under this Ordinance and the Money- lenders Ordinance, 1911.';
(i) the words "This section shall not" in the third line, and the whole of the remainder of the section, are repealed.
(4) Section 17 is repealed.
(1) Section 3-sub-section (2) is repealed and
sub-section (3) renumbered as (2).
(2) Section 4-
(i) sub-section (1) is repealed and sub- sections (2), (3) and (4) are renumbered as (1), (2) and (3);
(ii) sub-section (1) as renumbered-the figures "(2) and (3)" are substituted respectively for "(3)" in the first line and "(4) in the second line, and the word "hereafter" in the second line is repealed;
