80. The Printers and Publishers Ordin- ance. 1927. (No. 25 of 1927),

(i) sub-section (1)--the words "as is for the time being allowed by the Government in respect of sums bearing interest deposited with the Accountant-General" are substituted for "as shall for the time being be allowed by the Treasurer in respect of SUIS deposited with him bearing interest at the end;

(ii) sub-section (8)—the word "has" is substituted for "shall have" in the first line, and the words and figure whether on the acceptance of a bond in lieu of the deposit under sub-section (7) or otherwise," in the third and fourth lines, and "if any" in the penultimate line, are repealed.

(3) Sections 5 to 12 are renumbered as 6 to 18, and the existing sections 13 and 14 are repealed.

(4) Section 6 as renumbered---

(i) sub-section (3)—the word "has" is substituted for "shall have" in the fourth and fifth lines:

(ii) sub-section (10) the words and figures "Formu No. 2 or No. 3" are sub- stituted for the form of licence contained" in the first and second lines.

(5) Section 7 as renumbered—

(i) the word and figure "sub-section (5)” are substituted for "sub-sections (5) and (6) in the first and second lines;

(a) is

(ii) sub-section (5)--the letter inserted immediately after "apply" in the

first line:

(iii) sub-section (6) is renumbered 29 paragraph (b) of sub-section (5) and the words "This section shall also not apply" in the first line are repealed;

(iv) sub-sections (7) and (8) are renum- bered as (6) and (7) and the word "printed" is inserted immediately before "document" in the second lines, sub-section (11) is renumbered as (9), and the following sub- section (8) is substituted for the existing sub-sections (9) and (10)---

"(8) In any proceedings under this Ordinance relating to any printed document which does not comply with the require- ments of this Ordinance, a person shall be deemed to have been in possession of the document if he is proved to have had in his possession, order, disposition control-

Or

(a) anything whatsoever containing the

same;

(b) the key of any box or other receptacle containing the same;

(c) any document of title relating to any- thing whatsoever containing the same;
