(No. 7 of 1928), -contd.

(iii) sub-section (2) as renumbered the following words and figures are repealed- "contained" in the first line, "or (2)" in the second line, "existing or future" in the fourth line, and "or (2) as the case may be" in the fifth line;

(iv) sub-section (3) as renumbered-the figure (2)" is substituted for “(3)" in the second line.

(3) Section 5-

(i) sub-section (1) is repealed and sub- sections (2) and (3) are renumbered as (1) and (2);

(ii) sub-section (1) as renumbered-the word "hereafter" in the first line is repealed;

(iii) sub-section (2) 48 renumbered ---- paragraph (h) is repealed.

(4) Section 7 as amended by Ordinance No. 5

of 1932-

(i) sub-section (1)—

(a) the word "contained" in the first line is repealed;

(b) paragraph (d)-the word "directors" is substituted for "Board of Direction";

(c) paragraph (f)- the words "nominated annually by the directors from among those directors" are substituted for "ap- pointed annually by the Governor on the nomination of the directors" in the second and third lines;

(ii) sub-section (2)the word "effective" is substituted for 'effectual in the first line;

(iii) sub-section (5)—the words "the hearing of" are inserted immediately after "upon. and "taken out substituted for "issued", in the seventh line, and the figures '45" and "1984" substituted for "43" and "1901" in the last line;

(iv) sub-section (6)—the figures “1934” are substituted for "1901" in the second and in the last lines, the words "the hearing of" are inserted immediately after "upon" in the ninth line, "taken out" substituted for "issued" in the tenth line, and the figures "52" substituted for "51" in the last line;

(v) sub-section (7)—the word “is” is sub- stituted for "the kinds of property" in the second line.

(5) Section 9-the words "the exercise of its powers under" are substituted for "carrying out the powers conferred upon the Com- mittee by" in the seventh and eighth lines.
