20. No fee shall be levied under the Official Signatures Fees Ordinance, 1888, in respect of any dangerous goods belonging to His Majesty's Government or to His Majesty's Naval or Military Authorities.
21. Nothing in this Part shall affect any regulations made pursuant to section 36 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, with reference to gunpowder and explosives.

PART VI-INDICATIONS OF PLACES OF STORAGE
OF DANGEROUS GOODS.
22.-(1) A metal plate to indicate the presence of dan- gerous goods shall be affixed to every place where any dangerous goods are stored or kept for any purpose what-
soever.
(2) Such plate shall be issued by the Licensing Authority on payment of the sum of one dollar, and shall become the property of the licensee.
(3) Such plate shall be five inches in height and nine inches in width.
(4) The colour of such plate, the letters appearing thereon, and the colours of such letters shall be in accordance with the Table to this regulation.
(5) The licensee shall keep such plate in good repair and shall repaint such plate and the letters thereon in accord- ance with paragraph. (4) of this regulation as often as may be
necessary.
