OTICE is hereby given that The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, in the United States of America, located and doing business at No. 1144 East Market Street, Akron, in the County of Summit, State of Ohio, U.S.A., Manufacturers, have on the 3rd day of March, 1938, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

Registration of the (1) "WHITE DOT" trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words "LIFETIME PEN" nor of the representations of clip and fountain pen

Registration of the (2) "SKRIP" trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words "THE SUCCESSOR TO INK”.
