The four Trade Marks have been used by K. S. Pavri & Sons in respect of Fire-crackers and Fireworks in Class 20 since the year 1937. Trade Mark No. (1) is associated with Trade Mark No. 333 of 1933.
Registration of Trade Marks Nos. (1), (2) and (3) shall give no right to the exclusive use of the female figure dovice except as shown on the mark.
Registration of Trade Mark No. (4) shall give no right to the exclusive use of the rocket and fire-cracker devices.
Representations of the above trade marks are deposited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the Office of the undersigned.
