18. Mindanao.-South coast-Malaiag Harbor-Beacon destroyed.—The beacon mark- ing the shoal at the entrance to Malalag Harbor has been reported destroyed. It will be replaced as soon as possible.

CHANGES IN DESCRIPTION OF LIGHTS.

19. Manigonigo light station. -The keeper's dwelling at this station heretofore painted red with gray trimmings and roof, has been painted white.

Dumaguete light. The wooden framed structure has been replaced by a white concrete beacon erected immediately in front of the old structure which has been removed. The light is now exhibited 28 feet above high water; other characteristics remain the same.
