The Trade Marks numbered (1) and (2) have not hitherto been used by the Applicant in class 38 in respect of underwear singlets but it is his intention so to use them forthwith.
In respect of the Bear and Star Trade Mark, it is a condition of registration that (1) the words "Bear & Star Trade Mark" and the
Chinese characters “熊星商標”
must be prominently exhibited on the mark and (2) the Bear and Star devices must be equally prominent (i.e. not to exhibit the Bear device smaller than the Star device nor the Star device larger than the Bear device).
