Trade Mark 3 is intended to be used by the Applicants in Class 20 in respect of Fire Crackers.

Trade Mark 4 is intended to be used by the Applicants in Class 47 in respect of Matches.

Trade Mark 5 is intended to be used by the Applicants in Class 50 in respect of Bangles (for personal wear) in glass, celluloid and other non precious materials.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

and Company of No. 6 Queen's Road Central Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong Importers and Exporters have on the 19th day of April, 1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:--

in the name of Chan Haupo and Company who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention

to

use the same forthwith in respect of Aniseed Ster, Bamboo, Bones, Bristles, Canes, Cassia, Camphor. Grass, Roots, Cloves, Feathers, Galangal, Gallnuts, Hairs, Oils, Ores, Seeds and Silk in Class 4.

Registration of the said Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "China" appearing therein.

A fascimile of the said Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
