being goods stored with the China Provident Loan and Mortgage Company Limited and at the premises of Carlowitz and Company and taken possession of Messrs. Percy Smith, Seth and Fleming as Liquidators in Hongkong of Carlowitz and Company shall be made in writing to the said Liquidators at their office at Bank of Canton Building No. 6, Des Voeux Road Central Victoria Hongkong 5th Floor, Rooms Nos. 62 and 63 within one month after the 2nd day of June, 1941 AND THAT after the expiration of one month from the said 2nd day of June, 1941 all claims to or in respect of the said goods shall be absolutely barred.
