HONG KONG WATERS-VICTORIA HARBOUR.
Date. 10th February, 1941.
Obstruction Established.
Details.-An obstruction extending from No. 13 Naval Buoy along the line of Naval Buoys 12, 11 and 10 to Commercial Buoy No. C 5, and thence to a position approximately 1.0 cable west of Kellett Island will be laid on the above date.
Remarks.-Vessels navigating in that vicinity must proceed with caution, and until further notice Commercial Buoys No. C 5 and B 25 will be out of service.

SINGAPORE-KEPPEL HARBOUR.
Signal Masts to be struck.
Position. Lat. 01° 16′ 06′′ N., long. 103° 49′ 24′′ E. (Aprox.).
Details.-The Signal Mast at Mount Faber will be struck. The Time Ball Mast
may also be struck.

Floating Mines.
Details.-Vessels navigating, or lying at anchor in the examination area, are warned to keep a sharp lookout for floating mines. Should mines be sighted a report is to be made to the pilot light vessel or examination vessel.
