The above Trade Mark Acetylarsan has been used by the Applicants since the year 1923, the Trade Mark "Septazine" since the year 1935, the Trade Mark " Novarsenobenzol- Billon" since the year 1927, the Trade Mark "Dmelcos since the year 1925, the Trade Mark "Stovarsol" since the year 1921 and the Trade Mark "Propidon since the year 1920, all Trade Marks are in respect of Che- mical substances prepared for use in medicine and Pharmacy in Class 3.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks, of Hong Kong, and of the undersigned.
