OTICE is hereby given that a Petition

presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong on the 17th day of November, 1937, for confirming the cancellation of 15,633 shares of $5.00 each of the unissued capital and the reduction of the issued capital of the above- named Company from $4,121,835.00 $2,210,917.50 is directed to be heard before His Honour Sir Alasdair Duncan Atholl Mac- Gregor, Chief Justice, on Monday the 13th day of December, 1937 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.

Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for reducing the capital of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of the hearing by himself or by Counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or shareholder of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned by payment of the regulated charges therefor.
