The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap-¡ plicants in respect of Coffee and tea, coffee aud tea extracts, both dry and liquid and coffee and tea substitutes in Class 42.
No claim is made to the exclusive use of the device of a coffee pot and cup otherwise than as appearing on the mark.
