prepare a simply brochure (in conjunction with Mike Newland) setting out the key elements of the strategic plan objectives, main components and costs

propose a range of contributions that could be suggested for different types of member (founder members, large corporates etc down to individuals)

9 by mid June revert to the General Committee re steps 6 to 8

10 complete the fund raising campaign by end August.

In addition to the above important issues we need to propose candidates for Chairman and Vice Chairman to take office at the forthcoming A.G.M.

I hope that as many members as possible can attend this important meeting of the General Committee.

I have yet to send a set of this discussion paper to Mr Barrie McWhirter.
