1. I enclose a letter received from our Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro about a request from the Brazilians for our help in organizing another programme of visits in Hong Kong, this time in August.

Considering the fact that you only recently arranged a category I visit for the Rio de Janeiro Secretary for Urban Affairs, we wonder whether we should accept to put together another visit so soon. We should be grateful for your views on this and advice on how to respond to this latest request. Could the Brazilian Consulate in Hong kong not take this on, for instance?
