MR GOODLAD'S VISIT TO BRUNEI, 29-31 JULY 1993: BRIEFS
ECD (I) will
1. I submit briefing for this visit. A very few items are not yet available, but will be submitted as soon as possible. HKD will brief on the talks which finished today; brief on Maastricht taking account of latest Parliamentary developments; and in view of the fast-moving situation in the former Yugoslavia, EAU will submit the brief on that subject separately, just before the Minister's departure on 27 July.

If the Minister would like to discuss any of the briefing, I or Miss Robson (who will be accompanying the Minister) would be happy to go through it with him.
