confirm that Hong Kong Department would like to use NENAD's conference room on the morning of Wednesday 15 December (09:30 to 13:00) and on Thursday 16 December and Friday 17 December from 09:30 to 17:00. I should be grateful if you could confirm that there is no difficulty with this.
