NEGOTIATION OF UK/FUTURE HKSAR AGREEMENTS: PRELIMINARY MEETINGS

Further to my minute of 25 October, I have now been informed by the Home Office that their Legal Adviser attending the Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA) preliminary meeting on 12 November will not be Ms Pat Edwards, but Ms Sally Evans. Ms Evans will also be present for the meeting on Surrender of Fugitive Offenders (SOFO) on 17 November.
