1.2(2) Liaison Arrangements

If one side wishes to release in its news bulletins general information provided by, but not yet released by the other side, it shall inform the other side and respect any views expressed by the other side. Information obtained from the temporary direct on-line computer link and exchanged via the direct communication channels or via the NCNA Hong Kong Branch as well as information specified as confidential should be kept confidential by virtue of its confidentiality. If one side is found responsible for leaking such confidential information or disclosing such confidential information to the public deliberately, the side supplying the information has the right to discontinue the exchange of emergency information.
