Parking

The Ambassador's car and the Chinese delegation minibus can be parked at the Ambassador's Entrance from 9am-5pm from 7-9 December, and from 7.30pm-10pm on 8 December.

Expert Talks

The timing of these can be discussed in the normal way on 7 December. We have made the practical arrangements for a session on the afternoon of 8 December.

Ministerial Dinner on 8 December

Invitations to this have now been issued. Those for the Chinese delegation have been sent to the Chinese Embassy.

Press Conference

The British side will hold their Press Conference at 2.30 pm on 9 December.

Trip to Cambridge on 10 December

I confirm that the FCO will be providing the coach. I will contact you soon with details of the timetable and the itinerary.

Placement for the Conference Room

I enclose the placement for the British side, and a copy of the Chinese placement which was handed by the Chinese delegation to UKRep JLG.
