Thousands of companies have moved their production plants to the Mainland in recent years and the number is still increasing. Most of them, however, retain a sales and marketing arm in Hong Kong. For these entrepreneurs and their employees, a major difficulty is to survive the

In anticipation of the increasing demand for the department's educational work for owners corporations as a result of the passage of the Multi-Storey Buildings (Owners Incorporation) (Amendment) Bill on 5 May, the department has produced a slide-video for the target group to provide them a practical guide in corruption prevention. The video will be used in a series of seminars for owners corporations to be organised in all 19 districts in 1993/94.

To supplement the video, an operational manual in the form of a folder has been prepared for the reference of officer-bearers of owners corporations. The printed folder will be available for use in August.
